Sometimes we should think and do things that we never suspected, ask the opinion of those who never knew our lives because they are very thoughtful opinion that we can accept.. :)
Just let out all the hurt and anger & sadness. There's not really a better way to forget til you found someone better. Dun let it get you down! Just keep moving on, okay! :)
